The Parker Company, the globally recognised leader in hospitality and sports venue procurement headquartered in Miami, Florida, has announced the successful completion of its role as the official FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) and OS&E (Operating Supplies & Equipment) procurement agency for Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park — the new permanent home of Inter Miami CF.
From initial planning and global sourcing through final delivery and installation, The Parker Company (TPC) planned, procured, and delivered thousands of individual FF&E and OS&E items across the 26,700-seat stadium — completing the project on time and under budget, enabling the venue to open its doors to fans for the historic inaugural match on April 4, 2026.
A Historic Landmark Project for Miami
Nu Stadium at Miami Freedom Park is one of the most significant sports and entertainment developments in the United States. Located in the heart of Miami near Miami International Airport, the 131-acre mixed-use complex is the culmination of more than a decade of vision by Inter Miami co-founders David Beckham, Jorge & Jose Mas.
The soccer-specific stadium — now sporting a naming rights partnership with Brazilian fintech giant Nubank — features an elevated main concourse, two-tiered seating, the largest overhead tensile cable canopy in Major League Soccer, and premium spaces including the Nu Club hospitality lounge and Nu Plaza fan experience.
For TPC, this project represents the latest in a distinguished portfolio of major sports venue commissions — joining SoFi Stadium, Allegiant Stadium, Hill Dickinson Stadium, Fulham Pier and The Sphere in Las Vegas, plus local projects at the Miami Dolphins and Florida Panthers training facilities — all procured and delivered by TPC’s expert team.
Thousands of Items. Delivered On Time. Under Budget.
In 2020, TPC delivered the temporary home of Inter Miami, serving as the project directors to build a new modular stadium venue and training centre on the former grounds of the old NASL Lockhart Stadium in Fort Lauderdale. After an almost $180 million rebuild that included a new 5400m2 training facility, eight practice fields and a modular 22,000-seat stadium solution, Inter Miami debuted at the then-newly named DRV PNK stadium (later becoming Chase Stadium).
Rejoining the Inter Miami team from the earliest planning phases through to the final handover, TPC has yet again managed the procurement of thousands of individual line items for their permanent home — spanning furniture, fixtures, equipment and the full spectrum of operating supplies, stadium seating and other major components required to bring a world-class sports venue to life. Every item was planned, sourced from TPC’s network of vendors across 122 countries, tracked via the company’s proprietary LLINX™ supply chain technology, and delivered ready for installation in advance of the opening date.
Critically, the project was delivered under budget — leveraging TPC’s significant buying power and long-standing global supplier relationships to achieve meaningful cost savings for the client without any compromise to quality or timeline.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with a focus on elevating the live experience – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s Anfield stadium on September 30th. The Parker Company is a Platinum Sponsor, with Don Lockerbie and Tom Roche joining the stellar speaker lineup.

Doug Parker, President & CEO, The Parker Company, said:
“Delivering thousands of items on time and under budget for a stadium of this magnitude, in our own backyard of Miami, is an achievement our entire team is incredibly proud of. Nu Stadium is a world-class venue, and it demanded world-class procurement. We are honoured to have played a central role in bringing this landmark project to life for Inter Miami CF and the city of Miami.”
The Power of Experience and Proprietary Technology
Central to TPC’s ability to deliver at this scale is LLINX™ — the company’s proprietary internet-based procurement technology that provides clients, suppliers, shippers and installers with an interactive, real-time purchasing system. LLINX™ coordinates every stage of the procurement lifecycle, from budget development through purchasing, expediting, logistics and installation, giving all stakeholders complete visibility and control at every step.
The Nu Stadium project was led by TPC’s Sports & Events Division under Managing Director Don Lockerbie — a veteran of over 400 sports facility projects worldwide, including six Olympic Games and five FIFA World Cups — alongside Sports & Events Project Director Kyle Parker, who brings over a decade of specialised expertise in large-scale stadium and arena procurement. All UK projects have been overseen by Tom Roche, Director for EMEA, and part of a highly agile division that can deliver projects at any scale, anywhere in the world.
