Co-op Live is delighted to launch Backstage Private Dining, a groundbreaking new series of immersive dining experiences that will, for the first time, open the arena’s most exclusive artist areas to guests. The Backstage Private Dining feature menus curated by acclaimed chef Simon Rimmer, and are delivered in partnership with Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC).
Taking place this summer across 10 selected dates from May 2026, the series will offer a rare opportunity to dine backstage in the very dressing rooms where global icons such as Bruce Springsteen and Lady Gaga have prepared for their performances. These Backstage Private Dining experiences mark another truly remarkable moment for the UK arena, continuing to redefine the audience experience beyond the show itself.
Proceeds from the Backstage Private Dining will support Co-op Live’s official charity partner, the Co-op Foundation, reinforcing the venue’s ongoing commitment to creating meaningful social impact alongside world-class entertainment. The initiative will contribute to the Foundation’s work tackling inequality and supporting communities across the UK.
Becci Thomson, Chief Commercial Officer at Co-op Live, said:
“From day one, our ambition has been to challenge expectations of what an arena can deliver, and we’re now delighted to introduce a new dimension of premium hospitality at Co-op Live.
“This collaboration unlocks new creative potential within the venue, offering experiences that have not previously been possible. It reflects our commitment to innovation and meaningful impact within the communities we support.”
The programme of events will feature bespoke, immersive dining experiences curated for groups ranging from intimate gatherings of two through to larger-scale occasions. Celebrity chef Simon Rimmer will lead the culinary experience, combining exceptional food with thoughtfully curated entertainment.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with a focus on elevating the live experience – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s Anfield stadium on September 30th. Co-op Live’s Director of Premium, Stephannie Dimelow, is one of some 40+ industry expert speakers.
Chef Simon Rimmer commented:
“Having worked with Co-op Live for some time, it’s incredibly exciting to now be involved with this unique series of Backstage Private Dining. It’s a rare opportunity to further combine the world-class music venue with exceptional food, and I can’t wait to showcase how these experiences can come to life together, creating truly unforgettable evenings for our guests.”
Designed and delivered in partnership with Taylor Lynn Corporation (TLC), Founder and CEO Liz Taylor said:
“Opportunities like this are rare. Co-op Live is a venue built for scale, spectacle and ambition — and that’s exactly how we are approaching these events.
“Whether it’s an intimate milestone celebration or a brand hosting at the highest level, these will be immersive, one-night-only experiences designed to deliver real impact. We are proud to have been chosen to help shape this next chapter, bringing creativity, precision and bold thinking to a space that demands nothing less.”
Guests will be able to choose from several tailored packages, each offering a distinct way to experience the evening. From intimate receptions featuring Ace of Spades champagne and private three-course dining in artist dressing rooms, through to elevated experiences including Bentley chauffeur-driven arrivals, live entertainment and extended backstage access, each option has been carefully designed to reflect the scale and ambition of the venue.
For those seeking something truly exceptional, the most premium experience will also offer exclusive access to Co-op Live’s adidas Originals recording studio, engineered by Abbey Road, delivering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to step into the world of professional music production.
In addition to the Backstage Private Dining series, TLC has also been appointed to produce Co-op Live’s official Summer Party in June, marking the venue’s second anniversary.
With Co-op Live’s calendar set to welcome major international artists, availability for these exclusive backstage experiences is limited and demand is expected to be high.
