In this latest interview, Harry Lomas talks us through his role, key challenges and objectives as Head of Culinary at Wembley National Stadium, overseeing all offerings from GA to Club Wembley.
He talks about how his previous appointments at The Grove, London 2012 and the British Army, have informed what he does at England’s National Stadium, home to The Football Association, and delves into how he’s had to adapt the offering at Club Wembley in response to the pandemic.
Overseeing the 200 chefs that make up the team, Harry discusses his leadership and management style, as well as what’s up next at Club Wembley and Wembley Stadium.
Finally, Harry discusses how he foresees the sector evolving moving forward.
