Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) and Tennis Australia (TA) have announced that Compass Group, via its Sports and Leisure brand Levy, has been appointed to deliver catering services at Melbourne Park’s five iconic venues – Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena, CENTREPIECE and Kia Arena – and premium hospitality at the Australian Open.
The appointment at Melbourne Park marks the launch of Levy in Australia for Compass Group – who currently provide hospitality services in 700 locations across Australia. In the US and the UK, Levy has a proven track record of delivering exceptional culinary experiences for guests, operating in over 270 venues worldwide and currently providing services to an impressive list of high-calibre events and venues, including Wimbledon, US Open, Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and Allegiant Stadium.
With Levy’s global experience for inspiration, the partnership will deliver innovative hospitality concepts, while a commitment to showcasing great Victorian suppliers will ensure guests have the opportunity to sample the best local produce when they visit Melbourne Park.
Social and sustainable outcomes will form a core part of the partnership at Melbourne Park, with a key focus on creating employment and leadership opportunities for women, First Nations people and people with a disability, and delivering strong sustainability outcomes.
The partnership will commence in May 2024.
Melbourne & Olympic Parks CEO, John Harnden AM said:
Melbourne Park is the city’s epicentre of live events, and we are thrilled to be partnering with Levy to deliver a visionary future for hospitality experiences.
Close to three million guests attend events within Melbourne Park each year, and our partnership will ensure there is something to suit every taste before, during and after the event.
While we look forward to welcoming Levy, I would also like to thank Delaware North for their immense contribution to Melbourne Park, and their enduring commitment to ensuring we deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for our guests.

Change and innovation is at the core of everything we do, and this new partnership is another opportunity to create more unforgettable experiences for our fans and players.
I would also like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank Delaware North and recognise their instrumental contribution to the success and growth of the Australian Open.
