On Tuesday March 8, Sports Venue Business led the latest in its webinar series, this time focused on “Powering Online Premium Sales With New Digital Channels”, during which Francis Casado, Head of International Business Development at 3D Digital Venue (3DDV), provided insights.
Digital tools have emerged as essential during the pandemic. Given the restrictions and budget restrictions, the need to generate more sales in the digital environment has become evident, allowing teams and organisations to maintain a good percentage of sales.
3D Digital Venue has contributed by generating a new set of tools, such as the new SEAT MANAGEMENT PORTAL, a completely online tool for the fast and efficient sale of Premium spaces.
Likewise, detecting seats that can be upgraded during a particular match or event is a driver for the additional generation of revenue for venues.
The new IN GAME SEAT UPGRADES tool provides this functionality in a visual and interactive environment, combining state-of-the-art 3D maps with a simplified and intuitive purchase flow.
