Fast-growing, fully integrated wealth management firm Titan Wealth has launched a dedicated Sports Division, a specialist offering designed to support professional athletes, sports organisations and executives with tailored financial planning, career transition pathways and corporate benefits.
The new division has been created to address the unique financial challenges faced by sports professionals today, including short-term contracts, irregular earnings, injury risk and the necessity of planning for life beyond sport.
Through a combination of personalised financial coaching and long-term wealth planning – across specialist planning services for investment, tax and inheritance planning, financial protection, retirement and ‘second career’ transition – Titan Wealth aims to help professional athletes maximise their financial potential during and after their sporting careers.
A core pillar of the division is Titan Wealth’s Financial Adviser Academy, a structured platform supporting elite athletes as they prepare for transition into post-pitch financial services careers – careers where their competitive focus, resilience and ability to build relationships are highly valued. The 18-24 month programme, designed by athletes, for athletes, provides fully funded qualifications alongside structured on-the-job training, enabling participants to develop the technical skills needed to become qualified financial advisers whilst continuing to play professional sport.
The division will also work with sports clubs and organisations (as well as owners) to deliver tailored Corporate Benefits programmes that attract and retain industry-leading talent and help protect their business. The full suite of employee benefits solutions includes, workplace pension arrangements, key person insurance, healthcare and wellbeing initiatives.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with a focus on elevating the live experience through pillars including the Customer Journey and Premium Experience – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield Stadium on September 30th.
Titan Wealth’s expert sports team includes advisers around the UK with first-hand experience in playing and advising professional sport, ensuring they understand the pressures and opportunities athletes face throughout – and after – their careers, and can provide relevant financial planning support.
