Keith Prowse has launched an industry survey, asking industry professionals to share their thoughts on the future of hospitality, what they want to see more of and how they plan on using hospitality over the next year. The findings will be used to create an industry report.
Samantha Coates, Head of Marketing at Keith Prowse, said:
People want experiences, so we are repeatedly being told. But what is behind this broad statement and more importantly what’s next? The darling term for marketers ‘the experience market’ is nothing new. Creating experiences – the best seats, great food, headline talent – has been our business for more than 200 years.
What is changing is the accessibility for everyone into the ‘experience market’. Experiences form part of today’s new personal equity of education and quality time spent with others. Brands know that great days spent with family, friends and colleagues are engrained more in the memory than material things. Add in the bragging rights that guests push through their social media and it’s a win win as both the Brand and ‘Brand me’ gets amplified at no cost. It’s important to stay ahead of the curve and understand how these changes will affect hospitality. As such, we are conducting research into the state of the experience economy.
The findings will form an industry insight paper that we hope marketers, event and sponsorship departments, alongside senior leaders will find invaluable when planning and achieving ROI on their face to face marketing budgets.
To say thank you, all responders will be entered into a prize draw offering them the chance to win an unforgettable hospitality experience for two guests at the Fever-Tree Championships on semi-final day, Saturday 22 June 2019. Responders can also receive the white paper after completing the survey.
The survey will inform an industry report designed to provide best practice, highlight future trends and create amazing experiences for the end user.
