Florida Panthers team up with Sodexo Live! for F&B

The Florida Panthers have selected Sodexo Live! as their new food and beverage hospitality partner at Amerant Bank Arena.

The pair have teamed up under a multi-year agreement focused on reimagining the hospitality experience for guests.

Panthers President of Business Operations Michael White said:

“This partnership reflects the organization’s commitment to elevating the guest experience and providing best-in-class hospitality from general concessions to premium clubs and suites.

“Amerant Bank Arena guests can expect the favorite offerings they love, alongside innovative new menu items crafted to enhance every visit.”

Combining the Panthers’ vision with Sodexo Live!’s global expertise and experience in South Florida, the partnership will introduce innovative culinary offerings, elevated service and new technology across concessions and premium spaces.

Belinda Oakley, CEO of Sodexo Live! said:

“The Florida Panthers have set a championship standard on the ice and throughout their organization, and we’re excited to help carry that standard into every aspect of the guest experience.

“Our role is to make every visit feel distinctly South Florida, from the food fans crave to service they remember. With a strong local team and the reach of our global network, we’re ready to help the Panthers redefine what’s possible at Amerant Bank Arena.”

The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – focused on elevating the live experience – is being hosted at Everton FC’s new Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool, UK, Oct 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield Stadium, Sept 30th.

The culinary lineup will build on the items arena guests know and love, while introducing new ways to enjoy the classics.

Staples like the carved turkey sandwich are staying on the menu, joined by refreshed selections featuring local ingredients, bold flavors and South Florida-inspired twists.

Sodexo Live! partners with many of the world’s most celebrated stadiums, arenas, convention centers, cultural attractions and entertainment destinations. In South Florida, its longstanding presence and deep community ties provide a strong foundation of local knowledge and experience, while its global network brings the expertise and capabilities to support the Panthers vision.

About Florida Panthers

The Florida Panthers are the National Hockey League’s southernmost team and captured the Stanley Cup in back-to-back seasons in 2023-24 and 2024-25. Entering their 33rd season in 2026-27, the Panthers operate four facilities in Broward County, Florida: Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs, the new state-of-the-art practice facility Baptist Health IcePlex in Fort Lauderdale, as well as the renovated War Memorial Auditorium, which hosts concerts and events for the South Florida faithful.

An organization with deep roots in the community, the Panthers are owned by Vincent J. Viola, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Emphasizing a culture of selfless service both on and off the ice, the Panthers pillar program ‘Heroes Among Us’ honors a United States military veteran at every game and the Florida Panthers Foundation has four main focuses including veterans affairs, children’s health and education, raising awareness for the endangered Florida panther and growing youth hockey.
