The NFL’s Denver Broncos have chosen Manica Architecture to design their new stadium being planned for Burnham Yard in downtown Denver.
Denver-based Tryba Architects will lead the master plan and design for the stadium-anchored entertainment district surrounding the stadium.
Manica designed Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, the new Nissan Stadium in Nashville and is working with the Kansas City Chiefs on their new stadium design.
Tryba has been involved in several major urban development projects around Colorado.
Broncos President Damani Leech said that the team is close to releasing renderings of the entertainment district but much further away from releasing stadium renderings.
The Denver Broncos are planning a massive multibillion-dollar project to build the new retractable-roof stadium, a surrounding mixed-use entertainment district and a community hub at the historic Burnham Yard site in downtown Denver.
The stadium is expected to be completed in time for the 2031 NFL season. The Broncos currently play at the 76,125-seat Empower Field at Mile High stadium.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – focused on elevating the live experience across sports and entertainment – is being hosted at Everton FC’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium, Oct 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield Stadium, Sept 30th.
