JBC Projects, one of the UK and Europe’s leading boutique venue development advisory firms across sport, live entertainment, theatre and hospitality, has announced the appointment of Julie Huard-Vlahos as Senior Manager, Strategic Venue Projects. In this newly created role, Huard-Vlahos will support the firm’s expanding portfolio of arena, stadium, theatre and premium hospitality projects, working across venue strategy, development feasibility and project delivery as part of the growing JBC Projects team led by founder James Bradshaw.
The appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the venue sector, as operators and investors respond to rising customer expectations, premiumisation and increasingly complex delivery environments. Demand for commercially-focused, operator-led development advice continues to grow across sport, live entertainment, theatre and hospitality.

Huard-Vlahos joins JBC Projects with extensive international experience driving commercial strategy and growth across sport and entertainment. She previously held senior roles at AEG International and Formula E, working across global venue portfolios, major event strategy and commercial partnerships. Her background spans venue commercialisation, brand positioning and revenue development across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with a focus on elevating the live experience through pillars including Premium Experience and Technology – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular Hill Dickinson Stadium, October 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield on September 30th. James Bradshaw is a regular participant/speaker at SVB LIVE events.
