As the Official Hospitality Fit-Out Supplier of Manchester City, Dawnvale was entrusted with enhancing one of the club’s most prestigious hospitality spaces, The Chairman’s Club.
In a venue already defined by exceptional design, many would be satisfied to let the space stand the test of time. But Manchester City continues to push boundaries, constantly striving to elevate the guest experience.
To improve both aesthetics and functionality, Dawnvale introduced fully bespoke wardrobes to discreetly store guest jackets and personal items, keeping the environment uncluttered and comfortable.
Open-backed display shelving was incorporated to enrich the visual appeal, while adding subtle privacy for VIP guests, all without compromising the open, luxurious feel of the suite. This complemented the installation of a new mobile meet-and-greet pedestal, creating a refined welcome point for arriving guests.

A key focus of the refurbishment was enhancing fan experience and theatre. Dawnvale achieved this with a new cocktail dispense bar and a theatre-style kitchen, each uniquely designed to nestle beneath the stadium bowl’s sloped ceiling. These bespoke features form a dynamic and functional hub that seamlessly supports service alongside the main kitchen and bar.
Dawnvale also introduced mobile banquette seating in the entrance foyer to create a dedicated walkway for VIP matchday guests, while still offering practical seating for season ticket holders. Each seating row can be split and repositioned on concealed castors, enabling the space to adapt effortlessly for non-matchday events, supporting C&E.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with its focus on elevating the live experience through key pillars including Commercialisation, Hospitality, Fit-Out & Interiors, Premium Experience and Technology – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd.
All works were completed within an impressive two-week window ahead of the season launch, with zero disruption to day-to-day operations. Every detail was meticulously considered to deliver a harmonious balance of style, functionality and adaptability, setting a new benchmark for premium hospitality experiences.
