Arena Group completes acquisition of Stadium Solutions

Arena Group has completed the acquisition of renowned stadia specialists, Stadium Solutions. The deal, which will see the company continue to operate under the ‘Stadium Solutions’ name, marks a major expansion of Arena’s presence in the UK and Europe stadia market.

Stadium Solutions, based in West Sussex, was launched by Phill Harris back in 1994 and specialises in building seated spectator stands, covered standing terraces, turnstiles and turnstile buildings, and dugouts.

It has delivered projects at football stadiums and training grounds across the UK, including Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion, Cambridge City and Salford City.

ALSD International 2023 is being hosted at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium, October 9-10. Optimising revenue through New Builds, Renovations & Service Expansions is the key focus of this industry-leading event, with architecture & design, fan experience, hospitality, premium seating, sustainability and technology taking centre stage.

The deal will result in Arena, which is a key supplier to events including AELTC Wimbledon Championships and TCS London Marathon, considerably growing its presence in the UK and Europe stadia market.
