iXpole customers will now be able to access their iXpole VIP Online environment inside the Bundeling app, thanks to an exciting new partnership between the two innovators.
Bundeling is a Dutch company that is taking the international market by storm. Their mission is to make communication more efficient and interactive for both organisations and their members.
The Bundeling platform ensures that organisations can offer their members an enormous added value by bundling all relevant information and various communication channels in just one user-friendly app in the corporate identity of the organisation.
The Bundeling app is already in use in many clubs in the iXpole – a Cloud platform to automate and optimise all processes around VIP Hospitality and Sponsorship – community. It was only a matter of time for iXpole and Bundeling to join forces and offer their customers the bestof both worlds.
In a first phase, iXpole customers will be able to access their iXpole VIP Online environment inside the Bundeling app. There is now no need to log on, with customers able to access VIP Online seamlessly within the Bundeling app.
Meanwhile, the duo are working hard on a phase 2. This will result in an integration between both back-offices. In other words, iXpole will be the master database for customer data and this information will be synchronised with the Bundeling back-office. This way, clients will be able to manage customer data in just one place: iXpole.
Finally, the two are considering further evolutions of their cooperation in the domain of ticketing, cashless payments etc. The future is bright!
We were delighted to have iXpole on board as a sponsor for ALSD International 2021 and to welcome a delegation from Bundeling.
Bjorn Poels, Commercial Director at Bundeling said:
We came across iXpole on multiple occasions. Both companies have very similar visions and values. It was a very logical step to make sure our platforms interoperate. Such integration offers our common customers so much more value.
Luc Vanhecke, co-founder of iXpole, added:
One of the 3 main objectives of iXpole is to offer the VIP’s the best possible customer journey before, during and after each event. In that respect the Bundeling app offers the perfect extension to what iXpole offers in the back-office. And vice versa, iXpole can offer an ideal data backbone for the Bundeling app.
iXpole is a Cloud platform to automate and optimise all processes around VIP Hospitality and Sponsorship.
VIP Hospitality and Sponsorship are among the most important sources of event-/matchday revenue and remain of constantly growing importance. The customer journey of business partners is totally different from that of a fan, with a whole variety of touchpoints: proposal, contract, ticketing, invoice, catering reservation, …
Through automation and optimisation of the operational processes, iXpole strives to help the clubs achieve three major objectives:
- Offer their business partners and VIPs the best possible customer journey, not only during, but also before and after the game.
- Constantly grow the revenue from VIP hospitality through growth of the customer base, as well as deepening the relationship with the business partners
- Reduce the peak stress moments inherent to manual operations and ensure that each employee can focus on what is really important: tightening the relationship with the business partners.
iXpole is a Belgian solution, used by the majority of the Belgian professional football clubs. In the past few years, it has also been deployed in countries including France, the Netherlands and Switzerland, as well as in the events/event arena sector.
Any organisation that is heavily committed to VIP hospitality will benefit from iXpole.
