The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay announced last week that it will outsource all athletic ticket sales and services to The Aspire Sport Marketing Group.
The on-campus Fan Relationship Management Center (FRMC) will be responsible for new sales, service and retention for all ticketed sports, as well as philanthropic gifts to the Phoenix Fund, UW-Green Bay’s fundraising arm.
Green Bay Director of Athletics Charles Guthrie, said:
Phoenix Athletics is delighted to collaborate with Aspire. Our new partnership will help continue to enhance UWGB’s revenue generation opportunities and strengthen our game day atmosphere. Their pledge to personalized service and brand awareness is tremendous. Aspire has a deep presence in college athletics and our program will benefit from their capabilities.

Aspire now represents 42 collegiate and professional properties in ticket sales and service. The Phoenix is Aspire’s second partner in the Horizon League, joining Cleveland State University.
