Prost! to Docktoberfest at Hill Dickinson Stadium

Hill Dickinson Stadium will host Docktoberfest on Saturday 3 October with a fun-packed festival of beer, food, live music and entertainment inspired by the world’s largest folk festival.

Munich meets Merseyside as Village Street is transformed into an Oktoberfest / Bavarian-inspired celebration across five interconnected venues, with live brass bands, DJs, bratwurst and pretzels, beer tasting, karaoke and VIP dining all part of a nine-hour waterfront festival.

The free-to-roam format will allow guests to choose their own adventure, moving between the different venues throughout the afternoon and evening, each offering its own food, drink and entertainment experience.

Adding an authentic taste of Oktoberfest, historic Munich brewing brands will host a traditional keg-tapping ceremony, inviting guests to raise their glasses and toast the start of the celebrations.

At the centre of the celebrations, Kendall’s Social will become Docktoberfest’s main bierhalle, with long-table festival atmosphere, live music and entertainment and plenty of opportunity to raise a stein with friends.

Nearby, The Queen’s Head will host a dedicated tasting and sampling room, offering guests the chance to discover new flavours and learn more about the history and heritage behind some of the beers and drinks on offer.

Domingos will provide an elevated Docktoberfest experience, offering themed multi-course meals during the afternoon before transforming into a stylish riverside cocktail lounge as evening falls over the Mersey.

The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – focused on elevating the live experience across sports and entertainment – is being hosted at Everton FC’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium, Oct 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield Stadium, Sept 30th.

Those looking for something more animated can head to The Prince Rupert, where karaoke, games, challenges and interactive photo walls will set the stage for fun and entertainment away from the main stage.

And for festival food, Dixie’s by Budweiser will become a Bavarian food hall, with pretzel carts, bakery favourites and a haven of hot dogs serving everything from Frankfurters to Bratwursts.

Connecting each venue will be Main Strasse, transformed into a lively Bavarian-themed thoroughfare packed with activations, entertainment and surprises throughout the day.

Docktoberfest runs from 1pm until 10pm on Saturday 3 October, with live entertainment on the main stage including:

1pm – 3.45pm – Fat Cat Brass

Our local high-energy brass band will open the festival and get Docktoberfest under way.

4pm – 6.45pm – Ivy League Oompah

The party continues with dynamic live oompah set bringing a festival soundtrack from London to Village Street.

7pm – 10pm – All The Classics DJ Set

As evening falls, the brass makes way for three hours of crowd favourites and party anthems to take Docktoberfest into the night.

General Admission tickets are available from £20 on an early bird package, then rising to £25 as standard and £30 for last call in the days leading up to the festival.

Each General Admission ticket includes one food token and one drink token, as well as access to the festival’s general entertainment spaces throughout the day.

For those wanting to upgrade their experience, VIP tickets start from £40 for early bird, rising to £45 for standard and £50 for last call.

VIP guests will receive access to the Domingos VIP Lounge and a themed multi-course meal, with dining sittings available at 1.30pm, 2.30pm and 3.30pm. Domingos will then reopen as an exclusive lounge for VIP guests from 5pm until 10pm.

Whether it is raising a stein in the bierhalle, dancing to live brass bands, battling friends at pub games, tucking into a Bratwurst or enjoying a refined meal or cocktails overlooking the River Mersey, Docktoberfest promises an unmissable celebration of Bavarian food, drink, music and entertainment with a distinctly Scouse twist.

Five venues. Nine hours. One huge waterfront celebration.
