Motorpoint Arena Nottingham and leading nearly new and used car retailer Motorpoint have agreed a landmark five-year extension to their naming rights partnership.
Known as the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham since 2015, the extension means the relationship between the 10,500-capacity venue and retailer will continue until at least 2035 – cementing the partnership as the third longest-running continuous entertainment arena naming-rights relationship in UK history.
The announcement follows the Motorpoint Arena celebrating its 25th anniversary with its busiest ever year in 2025.
The venue has experienced a record-breaking 12 months, hosting over 150 events and welcoming one million visitors through its doors.
Motorpoint’s existing naming rights partnership was due to expire in 2030, but despite having four years remaining on its current agreement, Motorpoint has chosen to extend the agreement early and reaffirm its long-term commitment to the Arena.
As part of the renewal, Motorpoint will continue to play an active role in the visitor experience, maintaining a year-round presence at the venue that goes beyond traditional naming rights sponsorship.
As part of the continued partnership, Motorpoint and the Arena will build on their shared commitment to enhancing the customer experience, delivering ongoing benefits for eventgoers and the wider Nottingham community.
This will include exclusive competitions and premium live entertainment experiences, alongside a programme of fan engagement activity designed to bring audiences closer to the events they love.
Motorpoint will also retain a regular presence on Bolero Square, showcasing a selection of its nearly new vehicles and connecting arena audiences with their next car in a high-footfall, experience-led environment.
The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – focused on elevating the live experience – is being hosted at Everton FC’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd, with an Opening Night Icebreaker at Liverpool FC’s iconic Anfield Stadium on September 30th.

The extension comes as the venue prepares for another major year of live entertainment, with upcoming events including Lily Allen, immersive art experiences Beyond Van Gogh and Beyond Monet, The Pussycat Dolls and Jack Whitehall.
