San Diego’s Frontwave Arena to debut with gymnastics spectacular

Frontwave Arena, the new multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue in North County San Diego, USA, will open its doors on September 17 this year.

The new 7,500 capacity venue will debut with the blockbuster Gold Over America Tour starring gymnast Simone Biles.

Located in Oceanside, California, the arena will showcase the best and brightest names in music of all genres, headline comedy, family shows and community events.

The arena will be the home venue of 16-time champions San Diego Sockers, an American professional indoor soccer franchise. It will also host a growing roster of sports teams, tournaments, and athletic events.

These include the San Diego Clippers, the NBA G League affiliate of the LA Clippers. This dynamic team brings the thrill of NBA-calibre talent to Oceanside and they’re set to make waves at Frontwave Arena starting this 2024-2025 season

Frontwave Arena sets new standards for premium fan experiences with 16 luxury suites, VIP viewing decks, exclusive lounges and an open-air patio. An expansive outdoor plaza will host performances, activities, and more.

The Athleta Presents Gold Over America Tour starring Simone Biles, the most decorated American gymnast in history, will begin its more than 30 U.S. arena shows at Frontwave Arena in Oceanside, California.

The only tour of its kind in 2024, this high-octane, exhilarating, and family-friendly show will celebrate world class gymnastics and inspire the next generation of champions.

Tickets for the arena’s opening event are available starting March 8 for group sales to gymnastic clubs and will open to the general public for presale on May 15-16 and general sale on May 17.
