Martin Robinson named UK Consulting Principal at MEIS-A Perkins Eastman Studio

Martin Robinson, RIBA, ARB, has been named the UK Consulting Principal at MEIS—A Perkins Eastman Studio. Based in London, Robinson leverages an impressive thirty-five years of dedicated expertise in the commercial, leisure and sports architecture practice areas. His invaluable experience and proven leadership will be a great asset to the team as the studio amplifies its presence in the UK and Europe.

After graduating from the Polytechnic of the South Bank, Robinson began his architectural career, quickly gaining expertise at design firms throughout London.

For twenty-four years, he served as Managing Director at KSS Design Group, one of the largest sports-focused firms in the UK. During his tenure there, Robinson was responsible for the day-to-day running of the practice, overseeing the firm’s finance, health and safety, human resources, information technology and office administration groups. He also managed international opportunities in Israel, France, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand and Qatar, to name a few.

With a level-headed sensibility, Robinson is a true leader through and through. His innate commitment to professionalism and demonstrable talent is apparent in every project he touches. He has acted as a technical advisor on numerous high-profile football and sports projects, including the London 2012 Olympic venues. He has also supported the studio’s effort in designing the new stadium for Everton FC at Bramley-Moore Dock, which is currently under construction in Liverpool, UK.
