Club Olimpia signs contract with ARENA e+v for the development of the new Estadio Ueno Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb

Club Olimpia has officially announced the signing of a contract with ARENA e+v (ARENA Events + Venues), an international company specialised in architecture, planning, technical consultancy and the comprehensive management of major sports and entertainment infrastructures.

The appointment of ARENA e+v represents a historic milestone for Club Olimpia and for Paraguay, incorporating into the new Estadio Ueno Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb project a  company with extensive global expertise.

ARENA e+v has a strong track record in stadium and sports infrastructure projects across Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, and has been involved in the planning of the last three FIFA World Cups, as well as in sports infrastructure modernisation programs worldwide.

The new Estadio Ueno Osvaldo Domínguez Dibb has been officially confirmed by FIFA as one of the host venues for the 2030 FIFA World Cup, within the framework of a joint  organisation among multiple host countries, positioning Paraguay as one of the host nations of the world’s most prestigious football event. In this context, the incorporation of ARENA  e+v strengthens the technical and strategic processes required to meet the deadlines, standards and requirements established by international governing bodies.

The 2026 SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition – with a focus on elevating the live experience through pillars including Architecture & Design, Hospitality and Premium Experience – is being hosted at Everton’s spectacular new Hill Dickinson Stadium on October 1st and 2nd. An Opening Night Icebreaker is taking place at Anfield on September 30th, with a tour of M&S Bank Arena’s new premium spaces planned.

The project envisions an international-standard stadium primarily designed for football,  featuring a multipurpose concept prepared to host sporting, cultural and entertainment events throughout the year, generating positive urban, social and economic impact.

ARENA e+v’s scope of work includes:

  • Strategic project consultancy
  • Comprehensive technical coordination
  • Planning and support throughout all development phases
  • Application of international standards and best practices adopted by leading stadiums worldwide

The signing of this contract confirms that the project is progressing in an organised, professional and consistent manner, supported by top-tier technical teams and guided by a long-term vision aimed at creating a lasting legacy for Club Olimpia, Paraguayan football, and the country.

With this step, Club Olimpia reaffirms its commitment to excellence, transparency and the  responsible development of a modern, efficient infrastructure prepared to welcome the world for the FIFA World Cup 2030.
