COMPANY INTRODUCTION:

The Showstop® Procedure course was launched in March 2025. Distilling decades of experience, curated collaboratively by international safety and security professionals, pioneered by Steve Allen and Dr Mark Hamilton of Crowd Safety. It is the World’s first and only internationally approved and accredited Showstop® Procedure training course.

The Showstop® Procedure course offers a simple-to-implement, proven safety critical protocol to halt a match, concert or large-scale event in the (foreseeable) occurrence of a life-threatening situation, such as crowd issues, fire, inclement weather, active shooter or terrorist attack.

This one-day course is suitable for experienced stadium managers, safety managers and security professionals, culminating in an exam to gain the professional Showstop® accreditation.

The Pink Bows Foundation has supported and promoted the Showstop initiative ‘to make events safer’, as a legacy to Madison Dubiski, one of the ten young people who tragically died at Astroworld in 2001.

There are already over 350 trained Showstop Managers across four continents. Future courses are available for experienced event and venue professionals seeking continuing professional development and to underpin their competence in this safety-critical role.

MAJOR SPORTS VENUE CLIENTS &/OR MAJOR SPORTING EVENTS PROJECTS:

To date, Showstop has successfully trained Event Managers, Safety Managers and Security Staff operating in Football, Rugby, World Title Boxing, Horse Racing, American Football (Union Jack Classic), Formula 1 and Formula E.

This accredited Showstop® Procedure course provides a framework for a proven and rapid response to undesirable occurrences which can frequent events with large crowds and televised events.
