Coventry Building Society Arena has launched an official invitation to tender for the provision of Floodlights and LED Stand Lighting at the CBS Arenas and Stadium.
Coventry Arena Retail Limited (CARL) – trading as Coventry Building Society Arena (CBS Arena) – is a transformative hub for entertainment, sport, and business, and the proud home of Coventry City Football Club.
Since its inauguration in 2005, it has catalysed urban development and economic growth in Coventry, offering over 20,000 sqm of flexible event space to host a wide array of functions. With its strategic location near the UK’s largest motorway network, Birmingham Airport, and London Euston rail station ensures easy accessibility for all guests.
The 32,330 seated stadium, is the current home of Coventry City Football Club, a Championship Club playing within the English Football League system. Season ticket membership is at an all time high, with 22,000 for season 2024/2025.
The stadium is currently sourcing a supplier to provide, install stadium flood lights and stand (only) lighting to be installed during the months of June – July 2025 to be tested and completed by 23rd July 2025.
CBS Arena’s Operations Director, Claire Harkness, spoke on the “Safety & the Customer Experience” panel at last year’s SVB LIVE Conference & Exhibition. Claire also sits on the SVB LIVE Advisory Board, which helps shape content of SVB LIVE events, and will take on judging duties for the SVB LIVE Awards.
Tender Submissions should be received no later than 12pm (GMT) on the 14th March 2025, and should be sent recorded delivery.

Requirements
Supply, install and fit Flood Lights and LED Stand Lights in stadium bowl to EFL Championship level with a system that could be increased for Premier League Standard and is suitable for official broadcast requirements.
