Plymouth Argyle Football Club is inviting proposals for the provision of external food concessions at Home Park for summer concerts in 2023.
The selected contractor will be responsible for servicing external points for summer concerts and music events at the stadium, with preference offered to candidates whose proposal includes healthy eating options and locally sourced produce, in line with Plymouth Argyle’s Vision and Values and Environmental Plan.
Each catering unit will be required to provide a table and seated area – for up to 20 people – and bins for the trading area. The catering tender is for the provision of food, soft drink, ice cream and licenced bars.

Proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria:
- Fee submitted
- Quality and suitability of units submitted
- Pricing of food
- Product Mix
- Additional Facilities provided
- Sustainability and Environmental impact
This catering tender is strictly for the provision of catering in the external spaces of Home Park, with Plymouth Argyle continuing to manage the outlets within the stadium.
Optimising revenue through New Builds, Renovations and Service Expansions, with a focus on Premium Seating and Hospitality, is the main objective of the ALSD International series of events. See what you missed at ALSD International 2022 by watching the wrap video online here.
The tender may not be resold or traded on to another company nor the licence transferred. This licence is between Plymouth Argyle and the successful bidders and failure to abide with this will result in termination of the agreement.
Interested candidates should email Plymouth Argyle’s Head of Venue, Christian Kent, on Christian.Kent@pafc.co.uk, to request a copy of the full tender document.
The deadline for proposals is 5pm on Friday, 16 December, 2022.
