RB Sport & Leisure Holdings Limited announce Group restructure

As part of the reorganisation and rationalisation, Hampshire Cricket Ltd is divesting all domestic cricket related activities to the newly-registered company, Hampshire Cricket Company Ltd. At the same time, Hampshire Cricket Ltd has been renamed Hampshire Stadium Ltd, a company which will amalgamate the operations of several existing group companies and focus on the development and commercial operation of The Ageas Bowl.

These changes, which came into effect as of June 1, 2021, will not in any way impact on the rights and privileges of Hampshire Cricket Members, supporters and spectators.

The restructure is designed principally to improve operations through greater clarity of focus and to rationalise the number of companies in the Group.

Also, as of 1st June 2021, RB Hotels Limited has changed its name to Hampshire Leisure Hotels Limited.
