Digital Delivery Executive (Sports)
PTI Smarter Venues are looking for an ambitious Digital Delivery Executive to work with sports clubs, venues and rightsholders who are looking to utilise digital technology to generate operational efficiency or drive bottom line revenues.
PTI Smarter Venues work across a turnkey digital offering: consulting; technology selection; deployment; commercialisation and are strengthening our team to support our growing client base across this offering.
We work with over 75 clubs and venues across the UK and Ireland, covering 40% of the Premier League, 70% of the EFL Championship and 49/92 professional football clubs in England. We also have growing footprints across rugby, cricket, golf and more!

Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Data and Digital Director in prospect meetings through information gathering e.g. client needs, client goals and align to PTI Smarter Venues offerings
- Attend and support the initial client discovery meetings to help identify the current digital and data ‘as is’ status and deliver the key findings
- Help manage the requirements gathering and initial write up of RFP’s for key PTI Smarter Venues clients in relation to their digital and data strategies
- Manage, with the support of the Data and Digital Director, the key digital and data tender processes for PTI Smarter Venues clients. This includes the management of and organising of key client stakeholders and the vendors involved in the process
- Help develop scoring models for each tender process to enable business decision making and write up clear and concise results for distribution
- Be the key point of contact for the delivery of digital and data projects for key clients e.g. relationship management between vendor and client, risk log register, gateway meeting management
- Deliver key project updates to client stakeholders
- Identify potential gaps in the PTI Smarter Venues Digital and Data offerings and propose new potential for growth
- Pro-actively research key digital and data trends in the sports and entertainment verticals (and also other verticals that could cross over) e.g. app, website, personalisation, data platforms, ticketing
- Support, when required, in workshop sessions and meetings potential models and theories of use of client data
Junior Digital Media Sales Executive (Sport & Entertainment)
PTI Smarter Venues are looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Executive just starting out their career in sports media, to build and maintain relationships with brands who can use DOOH media campaigns to reach their target audience across top level sports stadiums and entertainment venues.
You will work to promote some of the leading sports stadiums and entertainment venues in the UK (including Premier League, Championship, EFL football clubs, Premiership Rugby and A-list entertainment destinations) to match brands with the relevant media estate and build campaign plans.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build engagement with key contacts within entertainment and sporting venues to help identify sales opportunities. Hone and deliver a skilled sales pitch to potential clients, either by phone or in person, to secure a sale
- Deliver pipeline leads against set targets and accurately forecast to your team in weekly sales meetings
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline in HubSpot to deliver visibility on all business opportunities. Collect client information and provide order information to the company
- Study and understand all facets of PTI Smarter Venue’s digital media products and services being offered. Utilise the businesses resources to put yourself in a strong position to win sales
- Approach potential clients through new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, promotional events, or other means. Represent PTI Smarter Venues at industry events (when required) for new business development
- Ensure that you are always demonstrating PTI Smarter Venues values
