Coliseum partners with Bundesliga for workshop ahead of Budapest Summit

Coliseum is partnering with the DFL (Deutsche Fußball Liga) to offer a half-day workshop on Stadium Management on March 28, 2017. The workshop will be hosted a day ahead of the flagship Coliseum Summit EUROPE, being hosted at the Groupama Arena in the Hungarian capital from March 29 to 30, 2017.

The workshop is particularly being designed to address the specific requirements of football clubs and sports organisation.

The organisation and marketing of professional football in Germany are the core functions of the DFL. The Bundesliga is the football league with the highest average stadium attendance worldwide. At the top of the German football league system, the Bundesliga is Germany’s primary football competition.

The following three topics will comprise the workshop agenda:

• Stadium and Safety Management Developments (presented by a DFL expert)
• Example from a club: Matchday organisation in the venue (presented by a club expert)
• Football specific requirements on the Infrastructure, Pitch and Sport Areas (by a DFL expert)

In addition, the Bundesliga’s journey, as a professional league organisation, will offer insights into strengthening the brand of sports associations and will therefore be most beneficial for participants.
